Project scope, timelines and fees are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement for each client.
Payments
Invoices are due according to the schedule in your agreement. Late payments may pause work.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created for them. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
